Dr. Ose Aburime is a licensed physician and founder of Elevate Vitality Clinic. Elevate provides focused, self-pay medical services designed around convenient access, individualized care, and clear communication.
Through Elevate’s Medical Weight Management program, Dr. Aburime reviews each patient’s health history, current medications, previous treatment, relevant laboratory information, goals, and response to therapy to develop an individualized medical plan. FDA-approved prescription treatment may be considered when medically appropriate.
Dr. Aburime is board-certified in ophthalmology and provides select additional medical and wellness services through Elevate Vitality Clinic.
